Want to return an item? No problem. 
You can request a return within 14 days of the order date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. To start the process, go to our returns portal or send us an email to info@bysucosmetic.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
After we review your request, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item. Once the return is received and verified, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Orders and delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm (GMT), excluding weekends and public holidays. Our team processes all orders within a maximum of 48 hours after confirmation. Once ready, your order will be handed over to the designated carrier. Any delays caused by the carrier are beyond BY.SU’s control and may affect delivery times, especially during busy periods.

How can I track my order?

All orders are tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its status. If you experience any issues with tracking information, please contact us at info@bysucosmetics.com — we’ll be happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. For this reason, it’s not possible to cancel or modify an order once it’s been confirmed. If you no longer wish to keep the item(s), you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.

Can I make changes to my order?

It’s not possible to make changes after an order has been placed. However, if you contact us at info@bysucosmetics.com with your order number, our team will be happy to advise on the best next steps.

Do you offer free shipping?

At BY.SU, we offer free shipping in Portugal on all orders over 40€. For deliveries within Europe, we do not offer free shipping. For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I ship my order to a hotel or Airbnb?

Yes, however please note that BY.SU cannot be held responsible for orders sent to hotels or temporary accommodations (such as Airbnbs) that cannot be located once delivery has been confirmed via the tracking link.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery and ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
