Shipping policy

BY.SU orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (GMT).

Processing takes up to 48 business hours after purchase confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipments to Portugal:
The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the region.

Shipments to the rest of Europe:
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, which may vary depending on the country and local postal service.

We use designated and reliable carriers to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. During periods of high volume (such as holidays or campaigns), minor delays beyond our control may occur.
