Refund policy

Want to return an item? No problem. 

You can request a return within 14 days of the order date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
To start the process, go to our returns portal or send us an email to info@bysucosmetic.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
After we review your request, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item. Once the return is received and verified, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us with photos and your order number within 30 days of receipt. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Note: For hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.
